Welcome to Boutique Miranda, where culture, beauty, and purpose come together.

My name is Miranda Orkoulas, the proud owner and founder of Boutique Miranda.

I was born and raised in New Orleans, a city alive with history, art, and music. My roots run even deeper—my mother was born in Cairo, Egypt, and my father in Kefalonia, Greece. As a first-generation American, I carry with me the richness of my heritage: the vibrant colors, timeless traditions, and the strength of those who came before me.

Growing up in New Orleans, I was surrounded by culture in every form—beautiful art, soulful music, and food that warms both the body and soul. 

All of these experiences, along with my personal journey through trials and triumphs, have shaped who I am today. I am a survivor of cancer and domestic violence, and I carry that resilience into everything I do. My story has given me a deeper calling—to uplift and support others who are still in the fight.

Beyond business, my greatest blessings are my family. I am a mother to three amazing young men and a grandmother to two beautiful boys. Even though our families are spread out, they are my joy, my strength, and a big part of why I will continue to build, create, and give back.

The name “Boutique Miranda” was chosen with intention. The word “Boutique” reflects more than just a shop—it is a place of many treasures, a collection meant to serve many, and a reflection of abundance and giving. The lion head in my logo symbolizes me—strong, unshaken, and courageous through every battle. 

It is a reminder that even in the face of adversity, we can rise, endure, and thrive.

Now rooted in the great big state of Texas, I am thriving and building a vision much bigger than myself. 

My mission is simple: to give back by finding better solutions to care for the homeless, support the mentally ill, feed the hungry,  give to children without families, help our elders, and honor our veterans—while standing alongside those battling abuse and cancer.

This mission is deeply rooted in the Word of God:

“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.” – Matthew 25:35

“Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.” – James 1:27

“Do not cast me off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength is spent.” – Psalm 71:9

“Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.” – Matthew 25:45
